The Seminyak Villa Santai sits on a secluded lane on the Jalan Drupadi and just 700 meters off the main road Jalan Laksmana (Jalan Oberoi ) that is popularly known as the Eat street. You can find many designer boutiques and famous shops here.  You can find the Ku De Ta, La Lucciola and The Living Room restaurants all in close vicinity of the Seminyak Villa. On the other side is the area called Jalan Dhyana Pura that is famous for various bars and nightlife, but also salsa bars, live music clubs and art shops.

This area comprises of an air- conditioned TV room and the master bedroom to the other side. In the dining room you have dining furniture that gives you more comfort and convenience. The kitchen that lies on the corner have all the facilities like gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, water gallon, juicer, china ware refrigerator and glass ware, etc.

Guest House
The villa property for rent features a twin guest house as it has two guest areas that are separated by a landscaped garden area and the swimming pool. These two rooms have twin double beds wardrobes and fully air-conditioned. The bathrooms here have a bath tub, an open shower and have both cold and hot running water in the pipes and they also have exclusive guest supplies and amenities.

Living Rooms
Overlooking the swimming pool in the main building is the living and dining areas and this area is provided with child safe doors preventing them entering into the pools unattended.  The kitchen area is fully equipped with all modern appliances and has a good selection of cutlery and glassware.

Dining Space
You can find the dining space near the living space on the same floor and this helps you in enjoying your meals with music and watching TV, and this is provided with elegant dining furniture.

Kitchen
The kitchen lies on the first floor in the corner of the living room. The kitchen has all the modern equipments like stove, coffee maker, microwave, juicer, china ware, cutlery dining set, and a maxi bar.
