This villa is one of the architecturally designed villas on the Pantai Lima estate with 5 and 6 bedrooms.

Each of the private villas on this estate is built with vast beautiful tropical gardens. With their imagination and the result of their gifted design you can enjoy a perfect combination of sea, sky and the beach.

You can freely roam inside the Sound of Sea villa as it is truly spacious.  It has more than 800 square meters of space in two levels, and the garden and pool has an expanse of 2500 square meters.

Bedrooms
The Villa Sound of the Sea encompasses a total of 5 bedrooms all air-conditioned with their king and queen sized beds. Each of these bedrooms have attached ensuite bathroom with exclusive features like a shower and a bathtub. You can enjoy stunning ocean views from three of its bedrooms. Apart from this the bedrooms have a walk-in wardrobe. There are many facilities like satellite programming, 37 inch LCD television, Bose sound system with DVD player in each of the rooms that add to the convenience of the rooms.
Living/dining room
You have a vast living and dining room that is not enclosed measuring about 120 square meters.  The dining area measures about 60 square meters and is fully air-conditioned. But if needed it can be opened with the French windows.

Entertainment
In every one of the rooms you can watch and enjoy DVD as well as a Bose sound system, 37 inch LCD television screen with satellite TV programming. The IPod dock is connected to the speakers that are placed throughout the beachfront Villa and the garden. There is a fully equipped media room with a High definition movie projection system and it has a big library of the latest films and movies in DVD format.
The tennis court will be liked by you with its all weather surface and night lighting. You have a fitness centre that is well equipped with some of the best fitness equipments, for you to keep your body in good shape if you feel the walk along the beach is not enough.

Internet access
When you are staying in the Villa as a guest you can enjoy a satellite based Wi- Fi enabled broadband internet that covers the entire villa.

Swimming Pools & Jacuzzi
The Sound of the Sea villa is having an extent of 2500 square meters of pure beachfront land. The beach rental has selected lush tropical greenery and swaying palms that adds to its beauty.  With its beachfront location you will be just stepping out onto the sand once you come out of the villa.
It has two vast swimming pools and the main pool measures 20 X 5 meters and as such has an area of 100 sq meters. For the kids you have the 20 Sq. Meter children’s paddling pool that has a depth of 60 centimetres, and it is shaded under a thatched – roof  bale. You have the heated Jacuzzi that accommodates up to 6 adults  near the oceanfront.

Water
The water for the Sound of the Sea Villa is taken from a deep well which is filtered and ultraviolet treated to make it suitable for drinking and use for other purposes. If you desire, you can get the sparkling mineral water for your use.

Power
The beach home for rent gets its electrical power from the National Power company at 240 Volts and as the villa is provided with voltage stabilizers, the occasional power spikes are avoided.  A stand- by generator is available for giving power in case of a power cut. In Villa Sound of the Sea you can see the two pin electrical sockets that are used in Europe and if you want you can get adopter plugs from the villa so that you will be able to use all your gadgets easily.

Phone/Fax
Each bedroom is provided with an ISDN phone connection and inter- room calls are free while the local and international calls are charged at actual cost. You can get the fax machine in the office which you can use for your own purposes.

Linen and laundry
The Villa supplies all the bed linen, towels and mosquito nets with a full laundry service. Dry cleaning can be availed from outside sources.

Car and driver
The Villa has the arrangement to provide a car with a local driver for 8 hours daily, and charged at USD 60 per day. The villa has 2 covered car parks.

Staff
The Balinese staff at the Villa are discreet, unobtrusive and give a friendly and helpful service to you while you are in the villa.  The butler is the centre of the activity inside the villa and offers the concierge and runs the entire household.  The French executive chef can be of help in selecting your menus and supervises your Sous Chefs and your kitchen staff. Except for the cellared fine wine all food, spirits, wines and beers supplied at villa Sound of the Sea are charged at actual costs.

Food & Beverages
The villa has an innovative and rather unusual approach to food and drinks. We want you to feel as free in our villa as you would if it was your own.

That means that you choose what food, soft drinks, beers, wines and spirits you want to enjoy, you set a budget, you give your butler money to cover your shopping, and he arranges its purchase at local markets, delicatessens, specialty shops and liquor stores. The villa charges a 15% handling fee for this service.
French executive chef Manuel Wendling and his team of sous chefs provide an eclectic menu selection melding classic French cooking, nouvelle cuisine, as well as Indonesian/Asian fusion food.

A selection of Manuel’s offerings include Fresh Tiger Prawns with Green Papaya Salad, Butter Fish with Chorizzo Crumble, Riviera Salad “Alain Ducasse”, Nasi Goreng, Sumac Mahi Mahi with sun dried tomatos, Babi Guling (traditional Balinese stuffed pork).

Mouth-watering desserts such as Fresh Strawberry Millefeuille Snow Cream, Poires Aumoniêre with Chocolate Sauce, Flan Gitan are also part of the fare.

The length and breadth of the culinary experience is not limited to the suggested menus. You are actively encouraged to spend time with Manuel and develop a menu that reflects your own preferences.

You can enjoy your time with us in many different ways…
Bali is well-known for its culture, an important part of which are dance performances.

Many of these can be held on the beach in front of your villa. The kecak dance, which can involve up to 300 dancers, can be arranged for you with a few days notice. Simply ask your butler to tell you about Balinese dances which are suitable for your own performance on the beachfront.

Sound of the Sea shares an all-weather tennis court with night-lighting, so pack your racquets if tennis is your game.

If you’re into keeping fit, we can introduce you to a personal trainer; if you’d like to learn to surf, an instructor can visit and teach you in the ocean in front of the villa. For a somewhat more relaxing time, a yoga teacher will take you for a class; and, of course, we can arrange a massage therapist to call.
Also, as a guest at Villa Sound of The Sea, you get complimentary membership of The Canggu Club, where you will be able to enjoy a variety of sports, as well as make use of a gymnasium, library, restaurant and pub bar. There’s a large family pool and a splash park for children.

In addition, there are literally hundreds of outside activities you can enjoy in Bali. These might include the usual tourist outings. No visit to Bali would be complete without a visit to the mountains of the interior, to one of the important temples such as Tanah Lot, Uluwatu or Besakih, or to the art markets of Ubud or Sukawati.

Sound of the Sea with its spacious rooms and gardens, is an ideal venue for that special event – a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday celebration, or just a great party.

There’s more than enough room to seat up to 60 guests for a sit-down dinner. Up to 200 can enjoy cocktails and canapés. If you have your own event organiser, we’re happy to work them. If you’d like us to recommend someone to assist you, we’ll provide you with some local contacts.
For corporate events, such as a weekend off-site or MICE for top-performers, Sound of the Sea makes sense.

Because of Sound of the Sea’s relationship with Pantai Lima, an estate of adjoining super luxury villas, there are a total of 26 double bedrooms available, as well as a large seminar room with the very latest in High Definition projector systems.

The Estate
The estate hosts 5 houses, each on plots of freehold land of between 2.100 sqm and 3.270 sqm. They share a common area of 1.200 sqm that includes a tennis court with a 250 sqm reception room below, a full backup generator, and a water treatment plant (with deep well) producing drinkable water. An estate manager, security team, gardener’s team and a full time maintenance team are shared as well by the 5 houses.
A full time international chef oversees the 5 kitchens in order to provide top notch food and beverage to guests of the estate. A total of around 70 full time staff service the estate.
