The property was designed by the famous French designers Gaelle Echene and Charles Pelletier to give the best comfort to you in a superbly created ambience with a perfect mixture of sand, sea and the sky. With a garden and pool covering an area of 2500 square metres and the building expanding to over 800 square metres, this popular villa rental is really spacious and lets you breath fresh sea air.

Bedrooms
In this luxury beachfront villa rental your can find a total of 5 fully air-conditioned bedroom suites. They are provided with King, Queen and Prince sized beds with their own bathrooms with shower, bathtub and other amenities. In each of the rooms you can watch your favourite channels on a 37 inch LCD television, with Bose sound system, A DVD Player and satellite programming, and a walk in closet also.

Amenities
The open plan living room measuring about 100 m2 has the mezzanine level that has a media room with all facilities for projection of your favourite movies in the latest HD format. The dining room is air-conditioned and has French doors. A fitness room / gym is provided there to take care of your body shape and this has all the modern fitness equipments. There is a tennis court with night lighting and all weather surfaces.

Internet
The entire villa has access to a satellite based WiFi Satellite broadband system.

Water supply and electricity
The water is taken from a deep well and is filtered and treated with Ultra violet rays to make it pure and drinkable however if you prefer you can get mineral water as well. Though the main electrical supply is through the Indonesian national power company, a 200KV generator is available as a 24- hour back up power source. The oceanfront Villa estate for rent has the European two pin socket system and you have adopter plugs also for easy use of all your gadgets.

Swimming Pools
The villa has a vast swimming pool of 20 x 5m with all modern facilities and there is also a children’s pool of 40 sq meters with a maximum depth of 1.4 meters.

Phone/Fax
Each of the rooms has an ISD enabled telephone with free inter-room calling and the other outside calls are charged at actual cost. An fax machine is available in the office.

Linen and laundry
You get best type of bed linen, mosquito nets house towels with a full laundry service and if needed you can get Dry cleaning from outside.

Staff
The villa staff are well trained to give you all the privacy you want and are friendly and helpful to you at all the times. The butler takes care of everything in the house and the French executive coach takes care of all your food requirements. A car with a driver is available for 8 hours daily (petrol not included) and the villa is under round the clock control of well trained security guards.

Food & Beverages
The food and drink availability is managed by your butler with specifications for the type of food, drinks and other requirements and he will take care of all your requirements from the local market. The villa management charges a 15% handling fee for this service. You can get the best menu from our French executive chef Manuel Wendling and with his team of chefs.
You are sure to enjoy the best of western as well as Indonesian/Asian fusion food delicacies. In addition to the various fine items of culinary excellence provided by the chefs you are also encouraged to give your suggestions and requirements for your food items and they will be wonderfully taken care of by the Chefs.

Activities
With multifarious activities Bali offers the best venue for your holiday enjoyment. Bali with its wonderful cultural readiness offers many ways to enjoy and one of them is the traditional dance performances and these can be arranged on the beach in front of your villa rental and if you want, your butler can arrange for many of the dance performances for you including the kecak dance that involves up to 300 dancers.
Fitness training, surfing with instructors, tennis court with night lighting, yoga instruction, and massage and spa services are some of the activities that are available in this beach villa for rent.

As a guest of Bali beachfront Villa Melissa you can enjoy the activities at the prestigious Canggu Club that offers sports, gym, restaurant, pub and bar with library. You can enjoy the pool and the children have a splash park. Because of Sound of the Sea’s relationship with Pantai Lima, an estate of adjoining super luxury villas, there are a total of 26 double bedrooms available, as well as a large seminar room with the very latest in High Definition projector systems.

The Estate
The estate hosts 5 houses, each on plots of freehold land of between 2.100 sqm and 3.270 sqm. They share a common area of 1.200 sqm that includes a tennis court with a 250 sqm reception room below, a full backup generator, and a water treatment plant (with deep well) producing drinkable water. An estate manager, security team, gardener’s team and a full time maintenance team are shared as well by the 5 houses.
A full time international chef oversees the 5 kitchens in order to provide top notch food and beverage to guests of the estate.
A total of around 70 full time staff service the estate.
