One of the most requested rental private pool villas in Bali Seminyak is the Villa Damai and it is located in between the Oberoi and Dhyana Pura streets. It sits on a large plot of land and is near the beach. From here it is easy to reach some of the popular Bali attractions such as Gado Gado beach, KuDeTa beach, the Canggu beach, Tanah Lot temple, the world famous Nirwana golf course, Ubud etc.
All these can be reached in about 20 to 50 minutes driving from this villa. The International Airport is can be reached from this villa in less than 35 minutes.

The villa compound is made of three separate pavilions that have their own ensuite bedrooms. These are surrounded by the well landscaped garden and has the living room, kitchen and an entertainment area. The kitchen is quite spacious with all the modern facilities and the dining room has a TV viewing area in one of the corners with a modern flat screen LCD TV and DVD Player so that you can relax over your meal while enjoying your favourite TV programs.

Accommodation
The word Damai means peace and it is really the place where you can spend your holidays in peace and tranquillity. The fishpond, the Buddha statue and the design of the building with Balinese architecture make it one of the best places in Seminyak.  The design of the building is very innovative and environmentally friendly with the smallest carbon footprint.

Main Building
The main living pavilion opens to the pool and garden. It has the living and dining area that can be separated from the kitchen by a sliding glass door. The dining area is fully furnished with good furniture and has a TV, DVD and a good sound system. The kitchen has all the modern facilities like gas stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a water dispenser, a juicer, and plenty of china and glass ware.

Master Guest House
The master guest house lies near the entrance to the villa and it comes with an air conditioned master guest house. This features a king sized bed with mosquito net and the safe deposit box with a wardrobe.  The attached bath area to this has a relaxing bathtub, an open shower and the special exclusive guest supplies are available to you.

Guest House
The twin guest houses are similar and are separated by a landscaped garden and the rooms in these buildings are fully air-conditioned and open to the swimming pool and the garden. These have very comfortable double bed with a safe deposit locker box in the wardrobe. The bathrooms are provided with an open shower and washbasin and have special guest supplies.

Garden and Pool area
The Villa has one of the finest saltwater swimming pools in Bali and a lush garden is surrounding the pool. The lawn, gardens and the palms give the best look and shade to the entire villa. The gazebo with a day bed lies opposite the pool. A bale with comfortable seating and a barbeque bar are some of the best features of this villa.
