What type of villas are available?
The Bali villa rentals from our portfolio that we market or manage are cautiously resourced because we only choose those holiday villas that meet our guest’s high standards. While villa rental prices can range from $175 to more than $3000 USD per day, you can be assured that each and every holiday rental is a great value.
Some of the private rentals are for example best suited for larger groups or family gatherings. These villa rentals offer a spacious private swimming pool and sometimes even a tennis court, mini golf course, billiard room and games lounge or an in-house sauna. Often these luxury Bali rental residences are served by more than 15 well-trained personnel, butlers and supervisors. Our other rentals are probably much smaller but still offer that charming nature. These villas are typically set near luscious gardens and also offer a private swimming pool and full time staff.
How do I know which villa is the most suitable for me?
Each and every villa owner has constructed and designed his or her private dream home in line with their own requirements and preference.
Therefore, each rental is exclusive in its own way. Here at BaliVillaRent.com we know and have visited each villa and we can therefore assist you in selecting the villa, which fits your needs and requirements. Also, since we are not the owners, we will also inform you of any negative elements in a certain property, even though there hardly are any!
In order to accurately determine what type of villa is best for you, we need to know more than just the number of guests and number of bedrooms you require. The kind of vacation you are looking for is equally important. For example, are you planning a relaxed time in the villa or on the beach with the family and kids or are you planning to undertake excursions, enjoy the nightlife and make most of your Bali holiday? Perhaps you may even decide to organise your wedding and honeymoon in Bali or finalise a corporate venture with your business partners.
By filling out the Villa Booking Form (located at the bottom of each villa page), we can assist you in suggesting the most suitable villa rental for your holiday in Bali. The sooner you get back to us, the earlier we can reserve your villa and not run the risk of not having any units available especially for high and peak season bookings.
What type of features and amenities are offered?
Many Bali homes for rent are intended for a tropical open-air lifestyle. Basically all villas are nicely furnished and decorated, have an equipped kitchen and cosy dining and living space. If you prefer privacy on certain hours of the day, do not hesitate to let the staff know and they will happily return to their quarters or stay our of your way.
At night the security personnel will guard the property so you can feel completely safe. In addition, very often the villa staff were uniforms which read their name and sometimes even their position (manager, supervisor, housekeeping).
In case you are in need of the services of a baby sitter or nanny, this can be arranged by the villa management. If you are planning to undertake a trip or excursion, ask the villa manager and he or she will arrange for an affordable and English speaking driver. Is it expensive to rent a villa?
The price you pay for a villa rental depend of course on a number of factors such as the booking season, number of bedrooms, preferred location and offered facilities in the accommodation rental. Typically, prices range from $100 to $750 USD per night per bedroom for a luxury villa property with professional staff and private swimming pool in a low season period. Please keep in mind that a villa is much cheaper than a hotel because we will not charge you extra, as a hotel would, for laundry, telephone, meals, snacks, etc. If you travel with kids, it can even get more expensive.
The guest can opt for a nice little holiday home with 2 ensuite bedrooms close to the beach, restaurants and shops for around USD 200 in a low season period or go for an amazing oceanfront villa estate with more than 4 ensuite bedrooms built on a large plot of prime land with lush gardens, many staff, home cinema, billiard table, more than one private pool and tennis court, which can set you back USD 2,500 per night.

Fees for salaries, supplied water, electricity, maintenance are already included in the rental fees.
When is the best time to book my villa?
It is advised to contact us and reserve your preferred villa as early as possible because most popular holiday homes are booked throughout the year. Most of our returning guests make sure to initiate their villa booking at least 7 months in advance.
Should I give a tip to the villa staff?
It is not mandatory to tip the villa personnel however this is highly recommended. Basic salaries in Bali are not that high and giving a tip can mean a welcoming extra bonus for the staff. It is difficult to say how much would be appropriate but the gratuity should reflect the satisfaction of services received during your stay.
Reasons Why You Should Rent a Villa In Bali
1. Renting a Bali villa allows you and your family to truly experience Bali offering more living space, more relaxation, specialised services and more privacy than even the best hotels. The villa, including the private swimming pool, tropical garden area and available villa personnel are there for your private use only and there is no need to share facilities with other guests, which is normally the case if you book into a hotel.
2. Booking an accommodation through Balivillarent.net will provide you with a great value. A private villa vacation is actually much cheaper than a hotel or resort because you are not paying extra fees on a per bedroom or per person basis. The villa is yours and you can bring as many guests as you would like, generally at no additional cost. Moreover, you can also save about $100 USD per person per day on food, drinks and other “extras” such as internet access or laundry because hotel prices are usually inflated.
3. A villa holiday in Bali is equivalent to comforting in the privacy of your own residence. The amount of care you receive from house staff as well as the nice home furnishing cannot compare to a holiday in a hotel. Once you stay at a villa, you will probably never want to stay in a hotel or resort again!
4. How is a villa different from a hotel?
The minimum stay period for villa rentals is often 7 nights but nowadays we also offer rental periods of only four nights and in certain situations can even accommodate fewer nights. However, once you get here, you most likely do not want to leave and therefore villas can be rented for as long as you wish.
5. Some luxury villa owners often have expensive properties and possessions in their villa home, so don’t be surprised if you are asked to fill out a little bit more paperwork than you would when booking a hotel. This information is also helpful in determining one’s preferences and helps us find the best villa to suit your needs. Rest assured all information will be kept confidential.
6. Please keep in mind that on rare occasions Bali is prone to power failures, so you should not be alarmed. However, some luxury villas offer backup power generators. Nonetheless, you should not be panicked as power is typically restored in a timely fashion. While you wait, why not enjoy a nice and romantic candle light dinner.
