Bali Villa Sankara is a luxury beach front private rental property located on a 2500 square meters of land with 500 square meters of prime beach land. The luxury villa is a fine combination of traditional Balinese building styles combined with a colonial style. The large balconies, decorations and furnishings make it more colonial in appearance but the thatched roof, stone materials and the traditional type of gates give it a more Balinese look.

The villa home is the best place for you to enjoy and relax with its exclusive beach, large swimming pool and spacious stylish space for your comfortable stay. The property rental is made of five bedrooms in different buildings and has dining, open plan living area, a media room and even a library. The saltwater swimming pool covers an area of 100 square meters and there are two Jacuzzis and a well laid out tropical garden. The luxury and exclusive villa is furnished with good artworks and carefully selected furniture and offer many features including wireless internet, satellite television, telephone, Bose sound system, etc.

The rental villa is manned by a well trained team of twelve staff members and is under round the clock security. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen. A complimentary car service with a daily usage of 8 hours with a driver and fuel, in-house tea service and laundry are also included in your charges. The oceanfront villa is well equipped for servicing 10 guests. The dressing rooms in the villa are all air conditioned and have safe deposit boxes. The bathrooms that are attached to the bedrooms all look different and are built for your luxury with stylish terrazzo, baths and sinks and have outdoor showers as well. Each of these rooms has a high quality hair dryer and guest products from Republic of Soap.

The Jacuzzi suite in the family villa building has an area of 148.5 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, terrace and a Jacuzzi totally occupying an area of 200 square meters. This building has a garden area of its own.

The two bedroom suite is in a separate building inside the villa complex and has two bedrooms with spacious bathrooms and a big garden having an area of more than 114 square meters.

The east Ocean suite is situated on the eastern side of the main building and offers the best ocean views and comes with a total area of 64 sq. meters.

The West Ocean suite is yet another building that is located on the western side of the upper floor of main building and this also offers splendid ocean views and occupies a total area of 79 square meters. A library with necessary furniture is positioned in between the bedrooms in the mezzanine level and has a good collection of books and latest games. This is the best place for you to relax during the hot afternoons and the ideal place for enjoying the breathtaking views of the ocean and the fittest place to have a leisurely breakfast in the morning.

The ground floor of the main building includes a living area, an air conditioned kitchen and an air conditioned home theatre room with a large size flat screen TV, satellite TV programming and a DVD player. This room is fitted with a hi- fi sound system including blackout curtains. The sofa in this room is large and it is very comfortable to enjoy your favourite movies in a real cinema like environment.
