Location
The luxury villa Tenang rental lies just 250 meters from the Batu Belig beach and you can begin your days with early morning beach walks or visit the beach later in the day to enjoy the world famous Bali sunsets. The property rental is just a 5 minutes drive from some of the best places in the Seminyak area like the world renowned lounge bar Ku de Ta, La Lucciola restaurant, Ultimo Italian International bar/restaurant and other iconic Bali day and night hotspots. The recent addtitons to the long line of attractions in the Seminyak area like the Sardine, Metis and Nuri restaurants are on the same road so that you can relax over your favourite drink in walking distance of your booked villa property.

Bedrooms
Villa Tenang has a total of 5 bedrooms and all these are located in separate pavilions on two floors that lie opposite to the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and the beautiful garden. There are two master suites on the ground level together with their own indoor and outdoor bathing areas. These are built with marble, two showers and are finished for elegant beauty and ultimate luxury.
There are two king sized bedrooms that open up to a large balcony having views of the ocean and enjoy excellent sea breezes. These bedrooms have their own matching ensuite bathrooms. Features such as flat screen TV, mood lighting in each of the bedrooms add to the comfort at the Villa.

Other Luxury Facilities
There is a spacious room that can be used as a kid’s room or a TV viewing area that has a 52 inch plasma TV and an attached bathroom with toilet. This room has a king sized bed and a L shaped lounge for relaxing. The swimming pool and the other connected features are well integrated into the garden and give a good reason to stay outdoors. The building is provided with two kitchens with all modern appliances and the service kitchen is the place for preparing your delicious meals.

The main living area of the villa is a 10 meters by 10 meters spacious open planned pavilion that is furnished with a traditional Balinese style that has been beautifully decorated with finest of timbers. This space can be converted into fully air conditioned area by just closing the bi – fold doors.
The coffee table is placed in an area that overlooks the pool and the sun bed is located in the garden and this can be used for relaxing during hot afternoons to read your favourite book or taking a nap. The dining area is situated near the pavilions in the living room and faces the pool and the gardens. This can accommodate up to 8 to 10 persons. The outdoor dining setting is part of the Alfresco/BBQ pavilion and can seat 8 persons and here also you can watch the 42 inch plasma TV while enjoying your food.

With wireless internet available throughout the Villa, the office providing fax, photocopier and scanning machines you can use them whenever you want.
