This villa occupies an area of 1600 square meters containing three villas with a lounge/ diner area attached and an open kitchen area. There are floor to ceiling glass doors that play the magic of opening up the residence villas with extra space you need to enjoy the swimming pools with their sundecks, sofas, chairs and a bale for open air massage services.  The ambiance of the villa is further enhanced with carefully selected art forms, statues, large paintings and decorated chandeliers that are placed at all the right places in the villa to rent.  The mood lighting adds to the interior atmosphere and you will love the stylish air created by every element in the villa.

Most of the eight bedrooms in the luxury villa property have their own patio doors to open into the garden and they all have their own ensuite air-conditioned bathrooms. One of the bedrooms can be used as a media room with a spa room next to it. Though each villa has its own kitchen the food for the guests is most of the time prepared in the service kitchen near the first villa. This is the place where all the staff who work in the villa wait for your orders. The staff can take you to the beach, shopping or restaurants like Ku De Ta and also advise on where to find the best boutiques and shops on the Jalan Laksmana. You can get back to your bedroom without disturbing others through your own entry door.

Location
Villa C2 lies in the centre of Seminyak, the heart of the city amidst a busy residential neighbourhood and is connected by numerous lanes. There still remain some parts of this busy area used for paddy cultivation reminding that this was farmland not so long ago. With the Camplung Tanduk (Dhyana Pura) to the south, Jalan Laksmana (Oberoi) to the north and Raya Basangkasa to the east you have very easy access to many of the popular beaches of Seminyak and you can indulge in many of shopping and restaurants in this area.

Accommodation
The Seminyak C2 villas residence is shaped like the letter E with each arm of the letter representing the common areas and facilities like lounges, kitchen areas, dining areas for each of the three villas. You have the most modern appliances and equipments available in the kitchen and living areas like flat-screen TVs, iPod players and all the villas are provided with  free Wi- Fi based internet. The dining area has a dining table that can accommodates up to 12 to 14 persons and the large artistic paintings and low hung chandeliers can create the right  mood for any occasion. Each private villa has a swimming pool of its own with ample deck space and place for relaxing outside during evenings. The privacy to the pool areas can be fully enjoyed by closing the wooden walls that separate the individual units.

On the spine of the letter -E you have the eight bedrooms fully air-conditioned luxury appointed bedrooms with king sized beds. They have their attached bath rooms and some of them are provided with inside and outside showers. In the master bedrooms you have big bathtubs bathed in granite and terrazzo. One of the bedrooms can be used as a media room with all facilities to enjoy your favourite movies. There is a provision for a spa room with complete facilities for a massage service.

Each of the residence villas rental is provided with its own private entrance and when the whole villa property is booked, the main entrance can be entered through the carved double doors that is situated at the base of the E. The Off Street parking lies outside with the staff quarters and the service kitchen are off the main entrance. This area also has the office and laundry area. Please note that this is a popular villa rental and therefore booked most of the time.
