Villa Asta is a highly stylish and popular 5 bedroom private villa for entertaining 10 adults and 4 children or 4 adults and up to 12 Children. This is the ideal way of enjoying Bali with your group of friends or your family. The pool villa lies on the South west coast of Bali in the Batubelig area very near to the Seminyak area of the city. The holiday property is close to some of the world famous restaurants and tourist attractions. The home is surrounded by rice fields in a serene setting and is situated in an area that is home to some of the most famous properties in the city. When there is clear visibility you can see the views of distant mountains and the beaches nearby, which are known for their surf breaks

You can enjoy the quietness of the Batubelig beach while you can see famous and rich people enjoying at the well known Seminyak beach. You can as well enjoy the best views of the sunsets from these beaches. Seminyak is the place where you can find the best of the restaurants, fashionable boutiques spas and the world famous‘Ku Dé Ta’, ‘Kafé Warisan’, ‘Living Room’, ‘Hu’u’ and ‘La Lucciola’ restaurants.

Villa Asta is easily accessible. From the International airport it can be reached in just 20 minutes of driving. The Waterbom Park, main shopping malls, tourist attractions like the Tanah Lot sea temple at the edge of the foaming white surf of the Indian Ocean.

In the holiday home for rent you can find the sleeping pavilion with 2 air conditioned bedrooms with their attached bathrooms and a pool terrace. Each of the bedrooms has a 4 poster king sized bed a built in window seat as well as a large sized plasma TV. The ambience of the room is warm due to the high quality draperies and fabrics with bold colour themes. The private bathrooms are separated by sliding glass doors with gardens. Each of them has a classic oversized bath tub made of marble and you can enter into the private pool directly from the bath areas.

In the twin suites you can find three other bedrooms and a games room that is located at the far end of the garden. It has two floors and on the ground floor you have three bedrooms that can be provided with a king sized bed or twin beds with 2 rollaway beds. The bedrooms have a colonnaded terrace leading to a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite garden bathroom with toilet, shower, washbowl, vanity unit and a traditional ’mandi’bath.

Staff
The staff at the villa is fully trained, are friendly and can take every possible step to make you stay as comfortable as possible. The villa manager is in overall control and the home has an in- house chef, butlers, security staff, gardeners and house- keepers. You can get local as well as international cuisine and the staff will arrange for shopping of the required items from the local market. They can arrange baby sitting, massage services or laundry services. A car with a driver is also available at extra charge.

Dining pavilion and Kitchen
The open plan dining area is fully furnished with a very long table, suitable chairs and other furniture to seat 18 persons at any time. The room has teakwood floors, paddle fans and artistic pendulous lanterns that add to the ambience of the room. This is provided with a good music systems including surround speakers. The service kitchen area lies adjacent to the dining area and this open plan room is fully equipped with all modern equipments and has slate floor, teak cupboards and black marble work surfaces. Here is the place where all your food items are prepared and served as per your requests.

The living pavilion is well known for its high alang alang roof that lies on a cream Palimanan stone floor and is tastefully furnished with rattan sofa chairs and a rattan table with glass top and you can enjoy the music system here as well. There is an air-conditioned area, which is fully furnished with cushion lounges and big chairs and it can be used as an office with built in desk. Here you have the computer with internet access a printer for your use along with a plasma TV with international channels, A DVD player and high quality music system.

Pool & bale
The tropical garden is fully landscaped and comes with a freeform swimming pool and gradually goes deeper up to 5 meters. The bale relaxation area lies at the edge of the pool in the garden from where you can enjoy the views of the rice fields below. A round timber deck has comfortable loungers and umbrellas so that you can enjoy the pool. A grass court can be seen at the far end of the garden suitable for playing outdoor games such as badminton, tennis, volley ball, football etc. The access to the Canggu club as a resident of this villa gives access to all the world class facilities at the club. The club is an ideal place for enjoying meetings and get togethers and the sports facilities it is offering. You and your guests will like the facilities including the Pandan Terrace Restaurant, Players Café, The Poolside Café, Tapper’s Club, Library and Pool Room available at the club.
