Bedrooms
The Seminyak villa has four spacious bedrooms with three king sized beds and one is a twin bed that can be converted into a study room/ TV room. Each of the bathrooms offers the option of taking a bath indoors or go showering in the open sky bathing area. The bedrooms are designed in order to face the garden and the swimming pool. Each room has its own telephone connection, fully air conditioned and a cable TV connected with 40 international TV channels. You can also enjoy listening to the music system CD/tape/radio, and a DVD/VCD player. The music system can be used in the dining and the living rooms as well.

Staff
The service and the quality of the staff including the villa manager, four butlers and the security people match the luxury at the private property. The kitchen is very modern with all the necessary equipments and your kitchen staff and the chef are fully prepared to provide you any item from light snacks to full 5 course meals. You can relax in the garden bar with your friends or enjoy your food in the dining room that holds 10 persons.

The personnel at the villa accommodation is fully trained to handle all your requests and make your stay as comfortable as possible. All the food items purchased on your account will be charged at actual and can be paid at the end of your stay along with the final bill. We have dedicated staff for making purchases in the supermarkets and local stores. With advance notice the Villa chef can prepare any type of special meals you need and though it is not necessary you can pay the staff tips as an appreciation of their services.
