Villa Kipi is located in the Batu Belig neighbourhood and offers very wonderful views of Seminyak Beach. This rental villa near the beach has 4 luxurious bedrooms and is located centrally to some of the best bars, restaurants and cafes in Seminyak. When you come to stay in this newly constructed Villa you are sure of enjoying your stay in Bali.

You will like the villa after going through its entrance which is through traditional Balinese gates. You will go across the lotus ponds and attractive water features to reach the main living and dining areas. This area of the villa is very spacious with large sofas and has a dining table that accommodates up to 8 people. It features an iPod dock with 52 cm Plasma TV and Bose surround sound music system and the rental villa has Wi-Fi enabled internet access.
The kitchen is equipped with modern equipments and it has all the facilities to prepare your food during all your stay. The swimming extends to an area of 13.5 meters to 4.5 meters and has all the required facilities such as a wooden deck, umbrellas and sun loungers. If you want to dine outside you have the outdoor bale area with suitable chairs and tables. You have another lounge on the upstairs from where you can have wonderful views of the beach and the sunsets.

The master bedroom on the second level has a king sized bed, plasma television, en-suite bathroom with bath tub and separate showers. It has wooden flooring with spacious balconies commanding good view of the beach. The other two bedrooms also have king sized bedrooms that can be converted into single beds when required. These are fully decorated and have attached ensuite bath areas. These are fully air-conditioned and have other facilities like plasma televisions, satellite channels and DVD players. The fourth bedroom lies on the ground floor also with a king sized bed and ensuite bath area. This Bali villa near the beach can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The rental villa is manned by a total of 5 staff including a house manager and you can have massage treatments if needed in the villa at a reasonable additional cost.

This holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 persons.
